Esabel has long been active in women entrepreneur networks, where she joined a meaningful initiative – pairing caring business leaders with students in need of long‑term support. While this program is organized by a local association, for Esabel it has never been about the spotlight. It is about showing up, consistently and quietly, for children who dream of a better future.

As a “Love Mom”, she does not just provide financial assistance for tuition and school supplies. She builds genuine connections – writing letters, making phone calls, and celebrating the children’s milestones. Her goal is simple: to let every child know that someone believes in them.

From Support to Empowerment

Esabel’s approach goes beyond basic aid. She focuses on keeping students in school, especially girls, and encourages them to explore careers in science and the environment – fields where YT Environmental has deep expertise. Several young people she has supported are now pursuing technical education, with the promise of internship opportunities at our Malaysia or China offices when they are ready.

“Education is the cleanest technology to change a life,” Esabel often says. “If we can help a child stay in school and find their path, we are building a better world – just like we do with every clean air project.”

A Company That Cares

Esabel’s personal commitment has shaped YT Environmental’s own values. We have established a small corporate fund to support student sponsorships, and our team members are encouraged to volunteer time for mentoring and career talks. Though we are an industrial环保 technology company, we believe our responsibility to communities is just as important as our responsibility to the environment.

Looking Ahead

To date, Esabel has personally supported over 30 students, accompanying many of them from primary through secondary school. She continues to serve as a “Love Mom”, not for recognition, but because she believes every child deserves a champion.
